Please ensure all billing and shipping details are accurate when placing your order. inklo.co is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

4. Production and Shipping

All products are made to order. Production time is usually 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@inklo.co within 14 days of receiving your order.

We may request a photo of the item and packaging. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production may begin and cancellation may no longer be possible.
