We offer a curated range of made-to-order products including art prints, posters, framed prints, canvases, apparel, mugs, and more. Each piece is designed to bring personality and creativity into your home or wardrobe.

How are your products made?

All of our products are made to order. We work with a global network of professional printing partners who produce your item at a location close to you to reduce delivery times and emissions.

Where are your products produced?

We produce locally in over 30 countries to enable faster delivery and reduce carbon emissions. Your order will usually be printed in the country closest to your delivery address. This includes countries like the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, Germany, and many more.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production time is usually 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location but generally take 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If you haven’t received it within 7 days, please get in touch at inklo.co@outlook.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary based on your location and will be shown at checkout.

Tracking:

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Because items are printed on demand, changes aren’t guaranteed after that time.

What is your return policy?

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

However, we’re human — and we want you to love your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll fix it ASAP.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items. If your order is damaged or incorrect, let us know within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re really sorry if that happens. Please contact us at inklo.co@outlook.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, production may have already started and cancellation may not be possible.
